Christine Quinn, whose divorced husband, Christian Richard Dumontet, is allegedly causing injury to their 2-year-old son, Christian Georges, is seeking full custody of him.

The 35-year-old "Selling Sunset" actress filed court documents on Monday, claiming that Richard had "perpetrated acts of domestic violence and child abuse against [her] son and [her]."

Because of their candor and concern for their safety, she stated that she reported the abuse to the authorities.

After a domestic argument with Quinn, Richard reportedly threw a bag containing a glass bottle and injured his young son, leading to Richard's arrest on March 19.

The victim's kid was hurt when the suspect threw a bag with a glass bottle inside at them. Quinn, the victim's mother, was forced to take her son to the hospital to receive treatment for his wounds.

In the latest complaint, the reality star claims that Richard has also breached their agreement by not paying for their son's post-birth medical costs, which were incurred in May 2021.

Additionally, according to court documents, Quinn is asking the internet entrepreneur to pay "unpaid hospital bills related to the birth of the parties' son, in an amount over $100,000 (total amount to be determined)."

Even though her ex-husband has promised to pay the fees, Quinn is requesting complete legal and physical custody of her son, Christian Georges, so that she may bring him to Texas without her ex's consent. Her credit has been negatively harmed by the matter, and she hasn't heard anything from Richard's lawyer.

Quinn requests that Richard limit her ability to see their child because of the declaration she has attached. She also recalls the alleged mistreatment she went through in her marriage, mentioning a confrontation in which Richard is said to have thrown dog crap at her. She goes into depth about the claimed history of mental health problems of her estranged spouse. More information is available in the court filing.

Richard Quinn, a former Netflix star, has accused his mother, Nancy Dumontet, of manipulating her and her legal team. According to Quinn, the father of one of the cases asked that Nancy be called while their kid was there since Nancy had recently suffered a heart attack.
