Ryan Garcia is a professional boxer from the United states. Born on August 8th 1998 in Victorville California. He gained significant attention for his fast hands, good looks and social media following. Garcia is known for his speed and powerful left hook which has led to his numerous winnings.

Garcia began boxing at a young age and quickly rose through the amateur ranks. He won multiple national championships as an amateur before turning professional in 2016 at the age of 17. Since then, he has amassed an impressive record with most of his victories through knockouts.

One of Garcia most notable fights was against Luke Campbell in January 2021. After being knocked down for the first time in his career in the second round, Garcia rallied back to score a stunning knockout victory in the seventh round, solidifying his status as one of boxing’s rising stars.

Outside the ring, Garcia has a huge following in social media where he shares glimpses of his training, personal life and motivational messages with his fans. His combination of boxing talent and social media presence  has made him one of the sport’s most marketable figures.

Recently in the month of April, Ryan Garcia challenged the undefeated Devin Haney. Boxer Ryan Garcia surprised  netizens when rumours spread that he had placed 2 million dollars money line  wager on himself for a possible cash back of approximately 12 million dollars.

According to known broadcasters such as DAZN, they later confirmed that the rumours  were true. Boxing being the only sport that allows boxers to gamble on themselves, Garcia placed wagers on himself since boxing does not have an overarching commission body that dictates fight stipulations on any level.

After Ryan Garcia’s win over undefeated Devin Haney, tantalising options exists for the champion.  After his victory on 21st April, he twitted “I want to fight again man.” The possibilities of seeing Garcia on the ring again has not been narrowed down according to his statements.

The options that Ryan Garcia had at the moment are plenty. We could not be surprised to witness or hear a rematch with Haney Devin Gervonta Davis commonly known as “tank" , a tantalising match against Errol Spence Jr or even the popular UFC champion Sean O' Malley.
