The social media account of well-known boxer Ryan Garcia has once again crept intp the spotlight after he posted a series of strange messages, leaving his followers concerned and confused in equal measure.

With more than a million followers on Instagram and an active presence on other platforms, Garcia's unusual posts have generated a flurry of speculation among his fans.

Some followers suggest that the account may have been hacked, noting that recent posts appear to be out of his usual style and lack the boxer's signature tone.

However, others are beginning to wonder if Garcia is playing with his audience or if his posts are a reflection of some sort of personal hardship.

Meanwhile, social media is abuzz with theories and conjecture about what could be going on behind the mysterious posts on the popular fighter's account, which don't make much sense to the audience.

What is going on with Ryan Garcia?

Garcia is due to face Devin Haney in a bid to take his WBC super-lightweight belt on April 20. However, there are doubts as to whether Garcia will be physically and mentally fit to face the American.

The California native has sparked fears after a series of incidents involving erratic behavior, allegations of drug use and bizarre links to a satanic suicide cult.

Just hours after his newborn son arrived in the world, it was announced that he had split from his wife Andrea Celina, and their divorce was finalized in January.

Then a six-second video uploaded to his social media account included a concerning caption with a claim that his throat had been slit. Garcia confirmed in a video that he was "OK" and that it was not true that his throat had been cut.

But Celina's recent admission he was being "heavily oppressed" and was "not fine" has raised some concern about Garcia's welfare, with British promoter Eddie Hearn admitted Garcia's activity had left him feeling worried.
