The boxing world is clamoring for a bout between Saúl "Canelo" Álvarez and David Benavidez, and everything points to it happening in 2024.

At least that's the official stance of the World Boxing Council, as they see no obstacles for the match to take place.

Benavidez (27-0-0) has been persistently asserting that he deserves a shot against the Guadalajara-born fighter, who currently holds all four super middleweight titles, as he stands as the official contender.

However, he will have to stake his claim on November 25 when he faces off against also undefeated Demetrius Andrade (32-0-0).

Should Benavidez triumph over Andrade, he will be confirmed as the official challenger.

Youtuber turned boxer and WWE star Logan Paul had an unforgettable month of October in both sports. But apparently, he will no longer box as he just announced he is retiring from the sport with only one win under his belt. Logan Paul was just on Fox Business, he stepped by the London studios to talk a little bit about his business ventures.

Paul made a shocking announcement about his short-lived boxing career while also talking about his plans to continue his WWE career. Keep in mind that Paul didn't only beat Dillon Danis in a boxing match but he also became the United States WWE champion after winning the belt from Rey Mysterio. Haters will say he cheated but he clearly thinks he won fair and square.

Former heavyweight boxing champion Mike Tyson traveled nearly 6000 miles from Las Vegas to the remote village of Piatnica Poduchowna in Poland, driven by his love for pigeons.

In the village, with a population of 1,800 and located three hours north of Warsaw, Tyson surprised locals by purchasing 100 pigeons from a local dealer.

Tyson's connection to Poland extends beyond this visit, as his face was featured on a popular energy drink called 'Mike Tyson's Black Sex Energy,' which became a bestseller in the country and was available in UK supermarkets.

His affinity for pigeons goes back to his youth, where these birds played a significant role in his life. Pigeons were not only the cause of the end of a past relationship for Tyson but also led to his first-ever fight.

Jake Paul has announced that his next fight is going to be against Andre August, a fighter that many people on the scene barely seem to have heard of.

Paul is going to be back in the ring on December 15 after he got back to winning ways with a win over Nate Diaz on points in August.

That was a ten-round contest and it is known that he has a plan to move towards more traditional boxing.

The fight against August was announced by Paul on Twitter and the graphic shows that he will be fighting at the Caribe Royale in Orlando. August has got a 10-1 professional boxing record.

The historic fight between Francis Ngannou and Tyson Fury that has shaken the foundations of boxing may have a second exciting chapter.

At least that's what the former UFC heavyweight champion, who faced the world boxing champion in his first fight in the sport on October 28, wants.

That is the intention of the 37-year-old Cameroonian, who revealed to TMZ Sports that he is willing to wait until a few months after the fight between 'The Gypsy King' and Oleksandr Usyk, scheduled for February 2024.
