Tom Brady had not lost an NFL Divisional Round playoff game since the 2010 season, it took 11 seasons for that to happen, the game was epic, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers tied the game after trailing by 24 points at some point in the third quarter, but lost it with a Matt Gay field goal on the last play of regular time.

Will this be the last game in the career of what many consider to be the greatest player of all time?

The two former quarterbacks who have given the Denver Broncos three Super Bowls in their history, Peyton Manning and John Elway are competing for minority ownership of the team from the "Mile High City".

According to a note published by sportskeeda.com the rumored acquisition of the team is due to a legal decree that allowed the sale of the Broncos following a dispute after the death of original owner Pat Bowlen in 2019.

Julian Edelman, a three-time Super Bowl champion with the New England Patriots, made a $100,000 bet that his former team will reach the final game of the season against Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

If both Pats and Bucs reach Super Bowl 56, Edelman would win $545,000, but former Baltimore Ravens lineback Ray Lewis doesn't think it's a sound bet. Speaking with Amanda Guerra on CBS, Lewis reacted to the news of Edelman's bet, saying he needs therapy.

Julian Edelman claps back at Ray Lewis

Although it seemed to be buddy banter between the two, Edelman clapped back at Lewis' comments by asking him how much he'd bet on Ravens reaching the Super Bowl. The response is obviously sarcasm since Baltimore did not reach the NFL playoffs this season.

Edelman first announced his bet on Instagram, publishing a video of him talking to his parents on the phone to let them know about the gamble he'd be taking. His mother was happy to share the profits if his bet ends up paying off, but his dad was not as enthusiastic, sharing the same sentiment as Ray Lewis.

Edelman, who reportedly earned $44 million throughout his 12 seasons in New England, will not be using his own money for the bet. The former wide receiver received $100K from Wynnbet to promote the online sportsbook.

He used the money on a parlay, betting $50,000 that Pats would reach the Super Bowl and the other $50,000 on that Bucs will meet them there. Wynnbet lists the Patriots at +750 odds to reach the Super Bowl and the Buccaneers at +340.

Last Saturday, during the final week of the NFL regular season at the Kansas City Chiefs-Denver Broncos game, Patrick Mahomes' brother Jackson was the victim of homophobic shouting.

Jackson, who has gained fame after he started posting videos on TikTok about viral trends, was on the sidelines taking pictures of the Chiefs quarterback's fiancée, Brittany Matthews.

Both are regular attendees at Chiefs games to support Patrick, but this time at Empower Field at Mile High a fan yelled "Mah***" at him on more than one occasion, to which Matthews responded "That's rude."

More controversies from Mahomes' brother

Video of the incident has circulated on social media, where other controversies involving Jackson have also gone viral, such as when he sprayed water on a Baltimore Ravens fan in the Week 2 game.

At the end of the game, Baltimore's 36-35 win over Kansas City, a fan jeered toward the box where Jackson and Matthews were standing, but Matthews took a bottle of water and sprayed it on the excited Ravens fan. Mahomes later spoke about it.

"Obviously, it's something we don't want to necessarily do," he said, via KSHB-TV. "There were things that were said to him and [Patrick's fiancé Brittany Matthews] that you don't see on the clip. He's been good at trying not to respond to that stuff. He takes a lot and he's usually pretty good at it and he'll learn from it and try to stay away from those people as best he can."

Among other controversies Jackson has taken part in, he was accused of trying to "crush" the Kansas City, Missouri, bar because he and his group of friends couldn't be seated due to lack of space, or the criticism he received for doing a TikTok dance on the infield decal honoring the late Sean Taylor at FedExField.

Five players, including dynamic pass catchers Cooper Kupp and Davante Adams, are unanimous choices for The Associated Press 2021 NFL All-Pro Team.

Joining the Rams’ Kupp and the Packers’ Adams in receiving votes Friday from all 50 members of a nationwide panel of media members who regularly cover the league are Colts running back Jonathan Taylor, Steelers edge rusher T.J. Watt, and Rams defensive tackle Aaron Donald.

While Donald is a perennial pick — the three-time Defensive Player of the Year makes the team for the seventh time in his eight pro seasons — Watt is on it for a third time. He tied the NFL record for sacks with 22 1/2. Adams makes it for the second time, and the other two are newcomers as All-Pros. Kupp led the NFL in receptions (145), yards receiving (1,947) and TD catches (16). Taylor was the top rusher by a landslide with 1,811 yards and scored 18 touchdowns on the ground, two as a receiver.
