Hello everybody and, as we start a new week, welcome along to another MARCA In English transfer market live blog this Friday, July 22.

We're now more than halfway through July, so the transfer market is really heating up and we'll be reporting on all the new operations that are announced this Friday, as well as all the juiciest transfer rumours of the day.

As is always the case in these transfer market live blogs, the updates follow below and the most recent ones are the ones that come nearest the top.

Andre Gomes could return to LaLiga

Portuguese midfielder Andre Gomes could leave Everton to join Sevilla. According to SportItalia, Julen Lopetegui's side are interested in the services of the Everton player and it is said that the Portuguese wants to leave Goodison Park.

Barcelona and AC Milan fight for Chukwuemeka

The 18-year-old's contract with Aston Villa ends in 2023, so the club is doing everything possible to renew him. But with Carney Chukwuemeka keen to leave, the board are looking to sell him for 20 million euros. According to The Athletic, the two interested parties are Barcelona and Milan, but they are not willing to pay the sum Villa are asking for, so they could wait until January to sign him on a free transfer.

Oleksandr Zinchenko completes Arsenal switch

Oleksandr Zinchenko has signed for Arsenal from Manchester City. The Gunners have paid 35 million euros for the player who joins Gabriel Jesus, Fabio Vieira, Turner and Marquinhos this summer to the Emirates Stadium.

"We can confirm that Oleksandr Zinchenko has agreed to join Arsenal, bringing to an end a fantastic six-year stay at Manchester City," the English champions tweeted.

 
 

Udinese and Atletico Madrid have reached an agreement for the transfer of Nahuel Molina. According to information from Gianluca Di Marzio, the Argentinian will sign for five seasons with Los Colchoneros. The fee stands at 10-12 million euros plus 6 million euros in bonuses.

Milan choosing between Tanganga and N'Dicka

The reigning Serie A champions are looking to strengthen their squad and are interested in acquiring a defender. At the moment they have two options: the first one is Tanganga from Tottenham and the second one is N'Dicka from Eintracht.

According to information from La Gazzetta, the Rossoneri have the British centre-back as their first choice, but they are not closing their options, so the Frenchman is the second option to replace Romagnoli, who has left for Lazio.

Rangers to sign Ridvan Yilmaz

Rangers have agreed a deal to sign Ridvan Yilmaz from Besiktas. According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, the clubs have agreed a fee of 6m euros plus a 20 percent sell-on clause. The 21-year-old left-back has signed a five-year contract.

Manchester closer to signing Antony

The Ajax player's agent has travelled to Manchester to advance negotiations with United. According to The Times, one of the Brazilian's representatives is eager to get the deal done, although the Red Devils are still to meet Ajax's asking price of 68 million pounds.

Roma want more reinforcements

Jose Mourinho wants another centre-back to join his troops at Roma, as they are expected to push for a Champions League place in Serie A next season.

Calciomercato are reporting that they have contacted free agent Axel Zagadou after he left Borussia Dortmund.

Barcelona eye Inigo Martinez

Athletic Club's Inigo Martinez is the latest player to attract attention from Barcelona, as they are set to miss out on Chelsea-bound Jules Kounde.

Onda Vasca's Jose Manuel Monje says that the player would be open to the move and contact has been made by Mateu Alemany.

Juventus bid for Morata

Alvaro Morata will likely return to Juventus this summer, and La Gazzetta dello Sport report that the Italians have bid 20m euros for the Atletico Madrid forward.

The Spanish side are hoping for a higher offer to come in.

Wijnaldum gets closer to Roma move

Paris Saint-Germain midfilder Gini Wijnaldum is ediging closer to a transfer to AS Roma.

The Dutch international has failed to live up to expectations at the Parc des Princes though is still said to interest Roma coach Jose Mourinho.

The relationship between Al-Khelaifi and Dan Friedkin, could also help facilliate the deal.

Ten Hag blocks sale of Martial and Van de Beek

Manchester United coach Erik ten Hag has blocked the sales of Anthony Martial and Donny van de Beek, with the Dutchman keen to keep the pair at the club.

Martial has been on fire in Australia scoring in three successive games, while many expected Van de Beek to have a resurgence under Ten Hag, given that the Dutch boss gave the player his first big break when the pair were at Ajax.

Man United look to rival Chelsea for Pavard

With Bayern Munich successfully completing the transfer of Matthijs de Ligt, the German club are looking to offload one of their defenders with French full-back Banjamin Pavard the most likely to depart.

Chelsea are interested in signing the World Cup winner, though according to journalist Ekrem Konir, Manchester United could join the West London club in battling for Pavard's services.

Lingard signs for Nottingham Forest

Former Manchester United player Jesse Lingard has signed a deal with newly-promoted Nottingham Forest worth 135,000 euros a week.

Lingard was a free agent following the expiration of his contract with United and has signed with Forest despite being courted by West Ham United and other clubs from the MLS.

Alves signs with Pumas

Ex-Barcelona full-back Daniel Alves has signed with Mexican club Pumas with the club making the annoucment through their social media channels.

The Brazilian has signed as a free agent with his focus remaining on securing a place in Brazil's 2022 World Cup squad.

Ten Hag unsure of Ronaldo's future

Despite stating he wants to leave Manchester United, Cristiano Ronaldo's future remains uncertain with several clubs supposedly turning down the chance to sign the Portuguese superstar.

United's new manager Erik ten Hag is also unclear about the forward's future, wit the Dutchman stating, "I know the same as last week," when asked about Ronaldo's plans.

Ten Hag is also focused on the current players at his disposal with United currently undertaking the preseason preparations in Australia. The United manager did state however that if Ronaldo were the remain at the club, he would find a place for him.

"I can't wait for him to arrive, when he does we will integrate him," Ten Hag stated.
