Although Larsa Pippen was left "traumatized" by Michael Jordan's disapproval of her relationship with his son Marcus, it looks as though fans have thrown their support behind the Chicago Bulls legend over his comments.

Larsa and Marcus talked about the matter on a recent episode of their podcast, 'Separation Anxiety'. Larsa, who used to be married to MJ's former teammate, Scottie Pippen, admitted she was embarrassed by what happened.

"You thought it was funny," Larsa said. "I didn't think it was funny, there is nothing funny about it. I kinda felt like it went everywhere and I was kind of embarrassed.

"It probably is awkward for my ex and your dad because they have their own relationship, or whatever it was. I wasn't a part of that and you weren't a part of that so I feel like for them it probably is weird. Oh my god, I was traumatized."

Fans back MJ
Following Larsa's comments, many fans on social media threw their support behind MJ, stating he's just being a parent who wants what is best for his son.

"It wasn't meant to be funny. He doesn't want that for his son and as a father I don't blame him," one fan wrote.

Another added: "He wasn't being funny boo."

One fan turned Larsa's comments around, stating that it is MJ who might be embarrassed and traumatized by the situation.

"I'm sure he was embarrassed and traumatized by the relationship," wrote one fan.
