Joey King and Sabrina Carpenter's decade-long friendship shows no signs of slowing down! The A Family Affair actress, 25, shared her excitement over attending Carpenter's recent concert in Chicago. On Instagram, King revealed how emotional she got while watching her friend perform on Monday, October 14. "I saw my wife perform in Chicago last night, and yes, I cried," she wrote. "She's the sweetest, tiniest pop star I've ever seen 😪. I might let her make me 'Juno,'" she joked, referencing Carpenter's album Short n' Sweet and song "Juno."

King's post included a clip of her dancing to Carpenter's song "Please Please Please," along with a video of Carpenter singing "Good Graces" and backstage photos with her four nieces and Carpenter. King wore a pink mini skirt, a baseball cap, and a shirt that read "camaraderie," nodding to Carpenter's track "Bed Chem."

When a fan asked in the comments, "Girl, why are you just in the crowd? 😭😭," King humorously replied, "Wanted to mosh, babe."

In her Instagram Stories, King also posted a photo of the two friends hugging, captioned, "I love you, my Brina. Perfect girl. Perfect show. I feel so lucky to watch you shine."

This isn't the first time King has praised Carpenter's music. Back in June, after seeing her friend perform at the Governors Ball, King told PEOPLE it was her first Carpenter concert in years, due to their busy schedules. "I'm thrilled for her, and I just can't stop singing 'Please Please Please'... It's unfair of her to make such a catchy hit," King joked. "And that video! It's really unfair that I've had to watch it six times at 2:00 a.m. when I should be sleeping."

In a September PEOPLE interview, King shared that her favorite song from Carpenter's Short n' Sweet album changes daily. "It's a tough choice, honestly. I ask myself this every day," she said with a laugh.
