Kylie Jenner isn't hesitant to share her honest experiences as a young mother. The 27-year-old, who is the mother of two-year-old Aire Webster and six-year-old Stormi Webster, recently opened up about what it was like to be pregnant and then raise young children while still maturing.
In an October 23 cover story for Elle magazine, Kylie stated, "I haven't had a baby in a few years." "Having children, discovering my personal style, and then losing it—not knowing how to dress, gaining 60 pounds for both pregnancies—was the first part of my twenties."
The founder of Kylie Cosmetics, who has children with her ex-boyfriend Travis Scott, has also needed some time to get used to her new life as a mother and as a developing individual.
She remarked, "It took me a year to feel like myself again." "At 27, I feel more confident and like myself than ever before."
The star of The Kardashians, who has been dating Timothée Chalamet for more than a year, also talked about how she felt about her first pregnancy in 2017.
"I became pregnant at the age of 19," she recalled. "I think it was more shocking to have a baby so young because I noticed all these new stretch marks and other changes that I didn't have before."
Nevertheless, Kylie is pleased with her progress in spite of her setbacks. She told the magazine, "I have to show grace to my younger self." "I prefer to live a life free of regrets. I believe that I am where I am now because of my path. I just need to keep going because I'm content with where I am.
In August of last year, Kylie told British Vogue that her battle with postpartum depression had "lasted a year."
"Probably with my son it was major baby blues,” Kylie added, noting her struggles lasted as long with Aire, “so I was just so emotional over things that I probably wouldn’t be that emotional about."
