Isabella Strahan is welcoming a new phase of her life. After losing her mobility during her 2023 cancer battle, the 20-year-old daughter of Good Morning America anchor Michael Strahan celebrated regaining it.

In an interview with Town and Country that was published on October 29, Isabella stated, "I feel like I've grown in many ways." "I'm so happy that I can walk and talk once more. You don't realize how much you can do until you have to live without it.

In October 2023, Isabella was diagnosed with medulloblastoma, a malignant brain tumor, necessitating several surgeries and chemotherapy. The model had to regain her ability to walk and speak as a result. She is still battling double vision and gaining back the weight she lost as a result of her illness. She is still hopeful, though.

"It's very comforting to hear that my doctors don't think it will recur," Isabella said. "I'm glad to be present. I believe that this year has strengthened me. Your life is enjoyable because of the people in it. I don't say no to anything anymore. I'll do it next week, but I doubt it. You have no idea what the upcoming week will bring.

Isabella's father also gained perspective from Isabella's diagnosis and journey. Although our family has always been close, the past year has helped me see things more clearly. The former NFL player told Town and Country, "Your children, your family, your mother, your father, and your other loved ones—and just to hold them close to you and your friends as well—are ultimately the most important thing." "I no longer look forward to the next week, month, or year; instead, I wake up every day and enjoy that day."

Isabella and her twin sister Sophie Strahan celebrated their 20th birthday at Disneyland with their parents, Jean Muggli, showcasing the love and support of their family.

On October 28, Isabella posted a TikTok of herself and her guests riding in a limousine to the Happiest Place on Earth while rocking Mickey Mouse ears.

As she cruised with her group, Isabella sang with pride, "It's my birthday!
