Comedian Jay Leno revealed he fell 60 feet down a hill before a recent performance in Pittsburgh, sustaining multiple injuries but still managing to take the stage. The 74-year-old former 'Tonight Show' host broke his wrist, lost a fingernail, and suffered bruising and swelling from the fall.
"I'm a little beat up," Leno admitted, adding he plans to see a doctor soon. Despite his injuries, he remained determined to fulfill his performance commitment.
This latest accident follows a string of mishaps in recent years. In 2022, Leno suffered severe burns from a gasoline fire while working on a car. Just months later, in early 2023, he broke several bones in a motorcycle crash caused by an unmarked wire strung across a parking lot.
Known for his resilience and humor, Leno downplays the incidents but admits they've been physically taxing. His commitment to his craft remains unshaken, as he continues to entertain audiences despite his injuries.
