Conservative influencer, Ashley St. Clair went viral after alleging that she is the mother of South African Tesla founder, Elon Musk’s 13th child. “Five months ago, I welcomed a new baby into the world. Elon Musk is the father. I have not been previously disclosed this to protect our child’s privacy and safety, but in recent days it has been made clear that tabloid media intends to do so, regardless of the harm it will cause,” she wrote.

Clair has now filed two petitions in Manhattan Supreme Court, seeking to legally establish Elon Musk as the father of her 5- month old son and obtain sole custody of the child. Her filing requests that the court order the Tesla CEO to undergo a generic test to confirm paternity. Following Clair’s online revelation, Musk has not publicly acknowledged the allegations.

Clair alleges that Musk has only seen their child three times since his birth last September. She claims he has not been involved with the child’s upbringing or care. In her filing, St. Clair requested the court “issue a summons, warrant or order requiring the respondent to show cause why the court should not enter a declaration of paternity, an order of support and such other and further relief as may be appropriate under the circumstances.”

Brian Glicklich, a representative for Ashley St. Clair told people, “Ashley St. Clair has filed paternity and custody petitions to protect the best interests of her child. She has made every effort to collaborate with Mr. Musk before taking this step. She has no further comments in the contents of the petitions, which speak for themselves.”

Ashley St. Clair also shared text messages between her and the billionaire. In one November 2024 text, when their son was two months old, Musk allegedly wrote: “I want to knock you up again.” In early February 2025 Musk again texted St. Clair and told her that they “have a legion of kids to make.” After St. Clair sent him a photo of their newborn son in September 2024, Musk replied: “I look forward to seeing you and him this weekend.”
