Former professional kickboxer and internet personality Andrew Tate is facing fresh allegations from British authorities, who claim he possessed extreme adult material involving a horse and an eel, as well as indecent images and videos involving a minor.
The allegations were contained in newly filed court documents linked to the UK’s attempt to extradite Tate from the United States.
British prosecutors allege that material found on devices linked to Tate included explicit c0ntent involving live animals and other extreme adult material depicting acts that could cause serious genital injuries.
Authorities also accuse Tate of making and possessing ind£cent images and videos inv0lving a girl who was allegedly 17 at the time. Prosecutors claim messages showed he was aware of her age and understood that it could create legal pr0blems.
The wider UK case includes allegations of rape, human trafficking, and assault for gain and possession of extreme adult content. The Crown Prosecution Service previously confirmed additional charges against Tate, including offences involving indecent images of a child and extreme adult material.
Tate and his brother, Tristan, are currently in the US fighting extradition proceedings. Both men deny the allegations.
Tate’s lawyer, Joseph McBride, has rejected the prosecution’s claims, describing them as “prosecution slop” and arguing that authorities have not established that Tate watched the material allegedly found on a device recovered from a property. He has also challenged the prosecution’s evidence and described the case as weak.
