Savannah Chrisley is standing by her relationship with fiancé Jason despite knowing their significant age difference could attract criticism.

The 29-year-old reality television personality discussed their relationship on the October 27 episode of her Unlocked podcast, where she acknowledged that the age gap was one reason she had kept details of their romance private.

"There is a huge age gap there," she said. "That's probably part of the reason why I kept a lot of it quiet, because I know how brutal the public can be. But I genuinely do not care."

Savannah said the relationship had given her a sense of happiness and security she had not experienced before. She argued that the quality of the time spent with a partner mattered more to her than how many years they might have together.

"I have always said, 'I would rather 20 phenomenal, unbelievable years with someone than 50 just meh years,'" she explained.

She also dismissed concerns about Jason's age, saying his appearance and mental sharpness mattered more to her than the number itself. "The age difference—so what? I don't care. He does not look his age, nor does he act his age. His body is great. His mind is even sharper," she said.

Savannah described Jason as the love of her life and credited their relationship with helping her make sense of previous heartbreaks. She said those experiences had taught her what she wanted from a partner and what she was no longer willing to accept.

The couple have been together since 2025, after meeting through political circles while Savannah was campaigning for her parents to be pardoned.

Although Savannah has kept Jason largely out of the public eye, she previously revealed that he works in finance and lives a life away from the spotlight. She has also spoken about how their relationship differs from her previous experiences, describing it as healthy and free from the arguments and name-calling she had encountered in the past.

During the podcast episode, Savannah also discussed Jason's proposal during a trip to the Cayman Islands in December 2025. She recalled that he presented the ring as a gesture of love without pressuring her to define what it meant.

The relationship has now reached another milestone: Savannah announced that she is pregnant with their first child. The baby is expected in January, with the couple reportedly planning to marry four months later.

Despite the quick pace of their relationship, Savannah said she was not concerned about how quickly things had unfolded.
