Following the death of O.J. Simpson at 76, Caitlyn Jenner responded with her thoughts on the news.  Caitlyn was married to the late Nicole Brown Simpson’s close friend Kris Jenner.

O.J. Simpson passed away at the age of 76 after a secret battle with cancer, according to his family. The former cast member of Keeping Up with the Kardashians offered her thoughts on the news.

Caitlyn stated on April 11 on X, formerly known as Twitter, "Good Riddance."

The late football player assisted as best man at the lawyer's and Kris Jenner's 1978 wedding. Since O.J. and Robert Kardashian Sr. first grew close as college students in the late 1960s, the Kardashian family has had a long-standing relationship with the Simpson family.

When O.J. was arrested in 1994 on suspicion of killing his ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend Ron Goldman, Robert was one of ten attorneys on his defense team.

Prior to Nicole's death, Kris was close friends with Nicole and was married to Caitlyn at the time. They broke up in 2015. Moreover, Caitlyn made it clear that she didn't share Robert Kardashian's affection for O.J., despite the fact that the latter had a close relationship with Kourtney, Kim, Khloe, and Rob Kardashian.

During the 1995 trial, Caitlyn Jenner said that she thought Kris was guilty and even forbade his name from being used in their house. She recalled that Kimberly and Kourtney claimed to adore her father and Kourtney informed them upon their arrival that he had denied any involvement.

Caitlyn objected to the notion and forbade anybody from mentioning his name in their house. In addition, she said that Robert had joined O.J.'s defense team even though he knew he was guilty in order to get back in touch with Kris. In a 2017 Keeping up with the Kardashians episode, Kim detailed the accusations; however, Caitlyn refuted her, saying that her father held a firm belief in O.J.
