North West is getting closer to a bright new future. As a matter of fact, the 10-year-old, whose parents are Kanye West and Kim Kardashian, recently secured an exciting new job. On May 24 and 25, she will take the stage as part of "Disney's The Lion King at the Hollywood Bowl" performances.

The particular role that the young reality star has been assigned has not yet been revealed, but North will be joined by an incredible group of Lion King alumni from all aspects of the franchise.

Alongside Billy Eichner, who played Timon in the 2019 live-action adaptation of the popular tale, are actors from the 1994 original film: Jeremy Irons (Scar), Nathan Lane (Timon), Ernie Sabella (Pumba), and Jason Weaver (Young Simba).

Broadway stars Heather Headley and Bradley Gibson, who have played Nala and Simba in The Lion King, will perform in a Disney+ original special. Jennifer Hudson, winner of EGOT, will also perform from the iconic soundtrack. The Disney+ original special will be streamed later. North, who has expressed her love for music, has already announced her plans to release her first album in March.

"I've been working on an album," she declared during Kanye's record Vultures 2's release listening party on March 10. "And it's called elementary school dropout."

The title itself is another homage to her father, who released The College Dropout as his debut studio album in 2004.

Regarding the "Gold Digger" singer, will she be on his daughter's record?

"Maybe," she said on March 17 to Jazzys World TV's Jazlyn "Jazzy" Guerra. "We don't know yet!"

She was prepared to offer one promise, though: "It's going to be great."

While there isn't a set date for Elementary School Dropout's release, you may watch North perform live in person or via Disney+ streaming when "The Lion King at the Hollywood Bowl" airs.
