Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine is making a triumphant return to the red chairs! The news was revealed in a fun video posted on the show's official Instagram. The clip starts with a montage of social media comments pleading for Levine's comeback, culminating in a message from his former co-star and friend, Blake Shelton. The caption declares, "The OG is back in the building. Join us in welcoming @adamlevine BACK to #TheVoice for Spring 2025!"

In the video, Levine himself appears, saying, "Yeah, we're back. We're coming back. I'm coming back is what I mean." He expresses his excitement, joking that he's "well rested" and "ready to go," before adding a playful, "I'm not nervous" after a feigned moment of anxiety. Levine concludes by hyping up the new season, promising it will be "great" and "awesome," and playfully trash-talking the other coaches by saying, "Let's go Team Adam!"

Joining the veteran coach will be newcomer Kelsea Ballerini. The announcement of her addition featured a series of photos showcasing Ballerini's journey on "The Voice," from her role as a "comeback stage coach" to advisor and fill-in, culminating in the exciting news: "First ever coach of the comeback stage, to an advisor, to a fill in, to AN OFFICIAL COACH ON THE VOICE SPRING 2025 Welcome #TeamKelsea!"

Levine was a staple on the show since its inception, departing after season 16 in 2019. Fans can certainly expect a dose of nostalgia with his return, while Ballerini brings a fresh perspective and her unique blend of country and pop music.
