Gisele Bündchen is in a better mood than before. While flaunting her expanding baby belly, the supermodel, who is expecting her first child with partner Joaquim Valente, posted an inspirational message about finding joy in life.
Gisele posted a video to Instagram on January 29th that included a number of clips of her expressing gratitude for the environment, such as playing on the beach, relaxing in a park, cuddling a tree, standing in front of a waterfall, and observing birds soaring across the sky. The 44-year-old also included a charming scene of her clutching her growing tummy while standing on a cliffside patio at dusk in the stunning video.
Gisele, who has two children with her ex-boyfriend Tom Brady, Benjamin, 15, and Vivian, 12, sent an uplifting statement to go along with the video.
She wrote, "Happiness is an inside job," as the caption. "Remember, you are the only one who has the power to create the life you want to live."
Gisele has been ringing in her new chapter with a lot of introspection since announcing her pregnancy in October 2024. She spoke openly about why reflecting on the previous year has been a top priority for her in 2025 earlier this month.
In an Instagram post on January 3, she stated, "A new year is a special time to reflect on all that we have learned and what are the new things we want to create in our lives." "We are each responsible for where we choose to focus our energy and for what we create.”
Gisele, who allegedly began seeing Joaquim in June 2023, more than a year after she and Tom finalized their divorce, hoped that others would do the same.
For herself and others, she said, "May you decide to cultivate your energy in ways that fill your heart with love and compassion."
"Wishing you endless blessings and an extraordinary journey ahead," Gisele continued.
