Kylie Jenner is facing another lawsuit from a former housekeeper, marking the second legal complaint against her in just a matter of days.
The new case was filed by Juana Delgado Soto, who says she worked at Jenner's home starting in 2019. In the lawsuit, she alleges she was subjected to ongoing harassment, discrimination, and unfair working conditions while on the job.
According to her claims, the situation worsened in 2023 after a supervisor took over. Soto says she was mocked over her accent and immigration status and later faced retaliation after raising concerns.
She alleges her pay was reduced, her schedule was changed unpredictably, and she was given unreasonable workloads.
One incident she highlighted involved being told to stay late on her birthday. According to the filing, her supervisor allegedly told her, "No one cares about your birthday, Kylie is having a dinner."
Soto also claims she tried to bring the situation directly to Jenner's attention by leaving a letter for her, explaining what she was going through. But instead of help, she says she was warned not to contact Jenner again and feared losing her job.
In the lawsuit, she further alleges she was instructed to avoid any interaction with Jenner entirely, including not speaking to or even looking at her.
Jenner herself is not accused of directly carrying out the alleged harassment, but the lawsuit argues she failed to address or prevent it.
The case includes multiple claims, ranging from harassment and discrimination to labor violations. Soto is seeking damages, though the exact amount hasn't been specified.
This filing comes shortly after another former employee, Angelica Vasquez, brought forward similar allegations.
Jenner has not publicly responded to the latest lawsuit.
