Sean "Diddy" Combs is facing a new lawsuit from a man who alleges Diddy sexually assaulted him nearly two decades ago when he was a minor.
Filed in Los Angeles on June 8, the complaint comes from an anonymous plaintiff identified as John Doe, who says he was a working child actor invited to a Hollywood Hills networking event in 2007.
According to the filing, Combs asked to speak privately about career opportunities, then allegedly gave the boy alcohol, touched him inappropriately, and performed oral sex while also pleasuring himself. The accuser claims he told Combs he was uncomfortable before the act began, but Combs continued and later told him he would "keep him in mind for possible opportunities."
The lawsuit also names talent agents who allegedly failed to protect the minor from "powerful adult industry figures" and accuses them of negligence. The filing includes claims of childhood sexual assault, sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligent supervision of a minor, and false imprisonment. The plaintiff is seeking unspecified damages and a jury trial.
Combs' representative Juda Engelmayer strongly denied the allegations, calling them "false and ridiculous." In a statement, he said, "Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone — and that includes any child! These allegations will be disproved like all the rest."
The new case adds to a growing list of legal troubles for Combs. In 2024, he was arrested in New York on charges including racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking. He was later convicted on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution and began serving a 50-month sentence in October 2025.
His legal team is currently appealing that conviction, though his release date has been moved up to April 2028 after he entered a drug rehabilitation program.
Combs has faced multiple civil suits over the years alleging sexual assault, abuse, and trafficking, dating back to the 1990s. He has consistently denied all misconduct claims.
The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office confirmed earlier this month that the new lawsuit is "under review."
