For Jada Pinkett Smith and Will Smith, the bond they share continues to transcend traditional boundaries, even after announcing their separation. On May 22, Jada was present to celebrate Will at the Dubai premiere of his new movie "Bad Boys: Ride or Die", demonstrating their enduring support for one another.

Despite revealing in October of the previous year that they have been separated since 2016, Jada made a point to be there for Will during this significant event. Although they did not pose for photos together on the red carpet, Jada, 52, actively documented her support on social media. She shared videos on her Instagram Stories showing herself signing autographs and posing for photos in front of the movie's poster.

She also posted about the premiere on her Instagram feed, showcasing her elegant black and white structured Iris van Herpen gown—a post that Will, 55, liked, highlighting their continued mutual respect and admiration.

Their public appearances and interactions signal that despite their separation, the couple remains committed to supporting each other and have no plans to finalize a split. "I made a promise that there will never be a reason for us to get a divorce", Jada told NBC News in October. "We will work through whatever, and I just haven't been able to break that promise".

This sentiment underscores their ongoing commitment to maintaining a partnership that goes beyond the conventional expectations of marriage.

Jada and Will share two children, son Jaden, 25, and daughter Willow, 23. Reflecting on her relationship with Will, Jada expressed gratitude for having him as a partner. "To know that I have someone by my side that, no matter what, is dedicated to learning how to love and learning how to love me, and vice versa", she said on the PRETTYSMART podcast in February. "I don't know what else you could ask for".

She even hopes that her daughter Willow can experience a relationship as profound and resilient as the one she has with Will. "If it's going to help her become the woman I'm becoming, yes", Jada explained.
