Huda Mustafa, a breakout star from the most recent season of Love Island, is facing serious legal trouble. According to court documents shared on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, a judge has granted a temporary restraining order against the reality TV personality following a series of alarming allegations made by her boyfriend’s former partner.

The petitioner, a 26-year-old woman who previously dated Mustafa’s current partner, filed for protection earlier this week. In the filing, she alleges that Mustafa attempted to break into her East London apartment late Friday night. The woman claims she was alerted by her security system and witnessed Mustafa attempting to “force entry through a terrace door” while shouting verbal threats.

According to the statement provided to the court, the situation escalated when Mustafa allegedly began sending a barrage of “threatening and harassing” text messages and voice notes. The petitioner claims Mustafa warned her to “stay away” from her boyfriend and suggested there would be “physical consequences” if the two had any further contact. The filing describes the victim as being in “constant fear for her safety” due to Mustafa’s increasingly erratic behavior.

Under the terms of the temporary restraining order, Mustafa must stay at least 100 yards away from the woman’s home and place of work. She is also strictly prohibited from making any form of contact, including via social media or third-party messengers. A hearing has been scheduled for early April to determine if the order will be made permanent.

Mustafa, who gained fame for her “no-nonsense” attitude on the ITV dating show, has not yet addressed the allegations directly. However, sources close to the influencer tell TMZ that she denies the attempted break-in and claims the messages have been “taken out of context” during a heated personal dispute. Her legal team is expected to argue that the allegations are an attempt to “smear her reputation” following her rise to stardom.

The controversy comes at a difficult time for Mustafa’s career, as she was reportedly in talks for several high-profile brand deals and a potential spin-off series. Representatives for the production company behind Love Island have not commented on the matter.
