It's true that Jessica Biel is a sleeping beauty. The Candy star is sticking to her wellness routine after dropping a bath bomb to prepare for the 2024 Met Gala by bathing in 20 pounds of Epsom salt.

Jessica stated, "It's just a little hack, like a little red carpet hack," during The View's May 16 broadcast. "It's great; I think it gives you that pleasant, peaceful feeling. And it replenishes your body with magnesium."

She went on, "I had a great night's sleep. When I woke up, I felt at ease and fantastic."

Jessica's peaceful routine went well with the new exhibit "Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion" at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, even though this was probably not her plan.

The 7th Heaven star looked stunning in pink while attending the Met Gala on May 6, which celebrated her triumphant comeback following an 11-year break. She wore a plunging gown embroidered with petals that adhered to the "Garden of Time" dress code.

Jessica, who shares two sons with Justin Timberlake, shared a behind-the-scenes look at her bath routine during fashion's biggest night. She shared that she respects people who party before Met Ball and all weekend activities, but she also used Epsom salt to get ready. Jessica spent 20 pounds on the salt, a 30-minute soak the night before, and then drank plenty of water before going to bed early.

Jessica Simpson, a 42-year-old actress, has shared her bath hacks on TikTok, including a "shower-eating movement" that she believes will be beneficial for multitasking individuals. She suggests using a ledge to hold various items, such as a cup, yogurt container, coffee, or espresso, while eating.

She also advises eating with the mouth closed, as she enjoys getting under the water while chewing but also wants to open her mouth simultaneously to spit water. This unconventional wellness habit was a hit at the Met Gala. Despite her unconventional habits, her bath hacks have proven effective in her personal and professional lives.
