Pierce Brosnan and Keely Shaye Brosnan are celebrating another milestone together. On Thursday, May 16, the former James Bond star turned 71, and Keely Shaye, 60, honored him with a heartfelt Instagram post.
"Happy Birthday to the love of my life @piercebrosnanofficial," Keely Shaye wrote, sharing a shirtless throwback photo of Brosnan. "You are my rock, my anchor, my everything ... and I love you endlessly."
The couple first met in 1994 in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, and married in 2001. They have two adult sons, Dylan, 27, and Paris, 23. Recently, Brosnan paid tribute to Keely Shaye for Mother's Day on May 12 by posting a collage of photos featuring Keely, his mother May, and Keely's mother Sharon on Instagram.
"Happy Mother's Day my dearest Keely and to my dear mother May and dear Sharon. All my love for the beautiful worlds you made for our sons and I, my love always," the Mamma Mia star wrote.
For Keely Shaye's 60th birthday in September 2023, Brosnan celebrated her significance in his life by gifting her five dozen roses and sharing a touching tribute on Instagram. "Sixty roses for my brown-eyed girl on her 60th birthday," he captioned a photo of them with the roses. "Forever happy and blessed was I to be sitting there when you walked around the corner early one morning in Cabo San Lucas @keelyshayebrosnan," he added.
When Brosnan turned 70 in May 2023, Keely Shaye marked the occasion with an Instagram post of Brosnan against a backdrop of yellow flowers and a blue sky. "Happy Birthday my darling @piercebrosnanofficial," she wrote. "Wishing you a blessed, bountiful and adventurous new trip around the sun. It's not how old you are ... it's how bold you are in life. I love you with all my heart."
Brosnan starred in three movies in 2023: The Out-Laws, Fast Charlie, and The Last Rifleman. His next project, The Great Lillian Hall, will premiere on HBO and Max on May 31.
