Kanye West is facing a lawsuit from his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, over allegations of sexual harassment, wrongful termination and breach of contract. Pisciotta, who worked for West from July 2021, claims she experienced a "systematic" pattern of harassment, which included lewd texts, pornographic photos and videos and explicit propositions.
Pisciotta alleges that West frequently sent her sexually explicit texts and images, and even masturbated in front of her during a private jet flight. In one instance, she claims West locked her in a room and masturbated under the covers until he fell asleep, preventing her from leaving as the door had jammed.
"Defendant would often tell plaintiff that he always wanted to have sex with her, and that he held these feelings for a very long time. Defendant also falsely boasted that he had sex with plaintiff or would insinuate to his friends, business partners and music and fashion collaborators that he was having sex with plaintiff.” Pisciotta’s lawyers assert
West hired Pisciotta after they met while she was working on his Yeezy fashion line. She was initially offered a $1 million salary on the condition that she was available "24/7". At that time, Pisciotta was also a successful OnlyFans model, earning over $1 million annually. Despite this, West convinced her to delete her OnlyFans account, promising to pay her an additional $1 million, a promise she claims was never fulfilled.
Pisciotta's lawsuit also details West’s erratic and inappropriate behavior. He allegedly sent her a video of himself having sex and asked for her opinion. Moreover, she asserts that West would ask about her boyfriends' penis sizes and request her to perform tasks such as delivering sexual enhancement "honey" before his encounters.
West's representatives have not responded to the lawsuit. Pisciotta's allegations include claims of breach of contract, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, retaliation, gender discrimination, fraud and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
