After all, since the first season of the reality program concluded in 2010, the Hills alum has lost contact with many of his co-stars. His current relationships with Audrina Patridge and Lauren Conrad are essentially ambiguous.

"Lauren, I never talked to," he said in an exclusive interview that aired on January 27 on E! News. "I believe I haven't spoken to her in a decade. I don't really talk to Audrina anymore.

However, the 41-year-old pointed out that the radio quiet has a purpose.

"Once I had a family, my No. 1 focus in life is just being there for my family and my daughter," Brody, who is engaged to Tia Blanco, said of his daughter, Honey, who is 17 months old. "I enjoy spending time with my friends, but these days it's my family." So, I don't get to talk to very many people besides my family."

But Brody remains close to Frankie Delgado, Spencer Pratt, and his wife Heidi Montag.

He said, "I talk to Spencer almost every day," and said he just checked in with the couple following a blaze that destroyed their Los Angeles home. "For what's happened to them, they're in a good place."

Brody went on to say of Spencer and Heidi, who have two sons, Ryker, and Gunner, seven, "They seem happy and family's all that matters." "For a lot of people, it's upsetting, but they're still here, healthy, and with their loved ones. Thus, everything is going well.

How does he feel about his own family? Despite acknowledging that he felt "little bit abandoned" by Caitlyn Jenner during his time on Special Forces: World's Toughest Test, Brody claimed that they now "talk all the time."

When Brody was younger, his mother, Linda Thompson, separated from Caitlyn. "I even texted Caitlyn after I watched the episode," Brody told E! News. 'Hey dad, just so you know, there's this stuff,' I go like. However, we're doing well."
