Jake Bongiovi and Millie Bobby Brown are serious about their herd. The Stranger Things star unveiled the newest addition to their collection of farm animals just a few weeks after commemorating their first wedding anniversary.
A cute picture of their new baby goat was posted by Millie on her Instagram Stories on June 9. The 21-year-old disclosed her name is Florence June Bongiovi, a reference to her grandmother who has the same first name, but she didn't elaborate on their little doeling.
Given that the Enola Holmes actress already has three goats named Cardi B, Slick Rick, and Eminem, Florence is undoubtedly joining good company. On their Georgia farm, she and Jake, 23, the rocker Jon Bon Jovi's son, actually have more than 60 animals, including dogs, cats, horses, cows, and a blind donkey.
Even though the married couple is overburdened with livestock, they have a safe system in place for caring for their animal companions.
On March 10, Millie said, "I began rescuing farm animals" on the SmartLess podcast. "I would essentially bottle-feed these animals." The goats wear diapers and sleep in our bed. In essence, they are infants. They would sleep in the middle of me and them, and Jake would get up and work a shift before I worked a shift.
They are not merely keeping these various animals, including their own pets, for show. After all, Millie was aware that moving to a big farm would enable her to grow Joey's Friends, the animal rescue organization she founded in 2022.
In February 2025, Millie told Vanity Fair, "I'm not doing it for the aesthetic." "I love it, so I'm doing it. Perhaps some traditional wives engage in this behavior because it appears wholesome, but it is not. That life isn't meant for you if you're not picking up horse shit or cleaning a cow by hand. Not at all.
She also talked about her experiences living in a rural city, stating that the environment was completely different from what she had anticipated.
"You believe that animals are tranquil," she added. You believe that there is peace in the South. However, there is a lot of chaos. My dogs are crazy, my place is messy, and my animals are noisy. Additionally, there is a great deal of passion and excitement, as well as laughter. It is a very vibrant place. There is so much chaos, and that is where I thrive.”
