Sharon Osbourne has revealed that a botched cosmetic procedure left her with a visible indentation on her face, as the 74-year-old television personality reflected on her experiences with plastic surgery and questioned whether she would ever undergo another procedure.

Speaking on the October 15 episode of The Osbournes Podcast, Osbourne discussed the complications with her son, Jack Osbourne, and his wife, Aree. She explained that the indentation remains visible on the right side of her face, extending from above her mouth toward her chin.

"I have an indentation left from it here, all the way down here," she said.

Osbourne suggested that the surgeon may have left another person to perform part of the procedure after stepping away to take a phone call.
"I think the surgeon left it to his mate to do," she said.

She also recalled returning to complain about the results and receiving additional injections that failed to correct the problem.

"Don't worry, it's my special concoction," she recalled the surgeon telling her. "Anyway, it's not like I earn my living out of my f---ing face, so it's like, okay, I f---ed up, my choice, that's it," she added.

Osbourne did not identify the surgeon or specify which procedure caused the indentation.

The former The Talk co-host has previously spoken about another unsuccessful cosmetic procedure. In October 2021, she underwent a facelift that left her dissatisfied with the results, including one eye appearing lower than the other.

"That was the worst thing that I ever did. I looked like Cyclops," she told The Times in 2023. "I had one eye here and one eye there and my mouth was all skewwhiff, and then I had to wait for that to heal before I could go back and have it corrected."

During the recent podcast episode, Jack asked whether she had finished having work done on her face. "Oh, Jack, who am I doing it for now?" she responded.

Osbourne also expressed concern about the contrast between a surgically tightened face and the natural ageing of the rest of the body. She pointed to wrinkles and marks on her arms as examples of changes that cosmetic procedures cannot necessarily address.

"You've got a face that looks 50 and your body looks your age," she said.
