Post Malone suffered an unexpected fall during his concert at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona, on June 21. The incident happened mid-performance of his track "Pour Me a Drink" as part of his ongoing Big Ass Stadium Tour.

A fan captured the moment on TikTok, showing the 29-year-old singer, real name Austin Richard Post, kneeling down to toast the front-row audience member with his red Solo cup. As he leaned in, a section of the stage gave way beneath him, sending the musician tumbling off. "I didn't mean to almost break your back," the fan captioned the video, adding, "I am SO sorry Austin. I love you! Such an amazing show ❤️."

Despite the fall, Malone appeared unharmed and continued performing shortly after. Social media footage showed him raising his cup and singing on, undeterred by the accident. He reportedly performed five more songs after the mishap, keeping spirits high among fans.

This isn't the first time Malone has taken a spill during a concert. In September 2022, he fell through a trap door onstage during a performance in St. Louis, Missouri, suffering bruised ribs and being briefly hospitalized. "They gave me some pain meds and everything, so we can keep kicking ass on the tour," he said in a video update posted to X. He promised fans, "Next time I'm around this way, we're gonna do a two-hour show for you so we can make up for the couple missed songs."

Later that year in Atlanta, he twisted his ankle on a stage hole, telling fans, "There's little holes in the middle of the stage where fire comes out of... I just twisted up my ankle a little bit." He continued to perform, joking, "If my dance moves aren't 100%, you've gotta forgive me tonight, ladies and gentlemen."

Malone is currently touring in support of his latest album, F-1 Trillion, with Jelly Roll. The tour has seen stops in major cities including Philadelphia, New York, Las Vegas, and Toronto, and is set to continue internationally in Europe and Asia later this summer. Despite the minor accident, the show in Arizona went on without major disruption.
