Sara Foster is providing an update on the health of her daughter. The 90210 alum revealed which products have aided in the care of her 14-year-old daughter, Valentina, who has been diagnosed with juvenile arthritis, along with her and her ex-boyfriend, Tommy Haas.

Sara, who is also the mother of nine-year-old Josephine and a former tennis player, stated on the July 31 episode of her and sister Erin Foster's The World's First Podcast, "My 14-year-old daughter was diagnosed with juvenile arthritis." The first thing you should do, after all the medical procedures, is to get a red-light sleeping bag from Bond Charge, someone told me. It lessens inflammation. Furthermore, it induces a state of calmness.

The sisters, whose father is music producer David Foster, are happy to share more advice than just that. In the past, Sara and Erin raved about a skincare tip that their mother, Rebecca Dyer, gave them.

In May, Sara told E! News, "You should do everything you're going to do to your face to your neck and chest." "You will do much better if you can learn that early on."

Additionally, as Erin disclosed, they are embracing every change that occurs. "Embracing the aging process and making every effort to maintain optimal physical and mental health," the Nobody Wants This creator described her own approach to beauty. "The best action you can take to improve your skin is to eat clean, eat healthy, drink water, exercise, and sleep. That is the best thing for your beauty routine.”

Sara acknowledged, though, that when she was younger, she didn't "fully listen" to her mother's skincare advice—something she's certain Valentina can relate to.

"When I was in my 20s, I was like, 'I don't want to be my mom,'" she continued in the podcast. Valentina is probably thinking, "I don't want to be my mom." She's actually told me directly. She's not interested in becoming me.

She revealed that Valentina is "off on her own" so much that the cofounder of Favorite Daughter, one of David's six children, sometimes wishes she had a bigger family.

"I kind of think, 'Oh, it would have been great if I had like four kids,'" in my current situation. she continued. “It’s all about family, right? I’m kind of like, ‘Oh my god, I only have two kids.’”
