Brooke Hogan has spoken out after being excluded from the will of her late father, wrestling icon Hulk Hogan, who died in July at the age of 71 from a heart attack. His estate, valued at nearly $5 million, named his son Nick Hogan as the sole beneficiary while his widow, Sky Daily, was listed as surviving spouse.

Brooke, 37, told TMZ, "His decision is no surprise to me. It's what I asked for, I stand by it with no regrets. My dad knows I'm a hard worker and I have been surviving without his money for a long, long time." She emphasized that financial support was never central to her relationship with her father, explaining, "Money never mattered when it came to my relationship with my dad, and I knew from personal experience that money doesn't buy happiness."

The reality star also added, "I have my own job, my husband has a job, we do not have any money coming in from my father since I was 18 years old. Everybody else relied on him for a paycheck, and now that golden goose is gone." She said she chose to step away to avoid potential family disputes, noting, "If and when my dad dies, this is going to be — pardon my French — a s—t show. And I want no part of it."

Court filings showed Hulk's estate included $799,000 in personal and intellectual property, $200,000 in cryptocurrency, and his right to publicity, valued at $4 million. There is also an unknown value tied to a potential medical malpractice lawsuit, which Daily is reportedly considering following a neck surgery Hulk underwent in May. Law enforcement sources told TMZ Sports that an occupational therapist present at the time of his death alleged the surgery had "severed" his phrenic nerve.

Nick Hogan, 35, filed documents in Florida's Pinellas County to become co-personal representative of the estate alongside Terry McCoy, a longtime family friend. Court records revealed Hulk's will had been revised several times since first being drafted in 2016, with the final update made in July 2023.

Nick is also involved in legal proceedings against radio personality Bubba the Love Sponge Clem, seeking to block release of the documentary Video Killed The Radio Star, which contains clips from the 2012 sex tape scandal involving Hulk. A restraining order was granted, requiring producers to remove footage from the film.
