Billionaire Elon Musk has officially filed for custody of his son with Ashley St. Clair, his fifth "baby mama." The legal move marks a significant reversal for the businessman,

who had previously denied siring the child before eventually changing his stance. This development follows a public request from St. Clair in February 2035 for Musk to acknowledge the boy, who is one of the billionaire's 14 children shared among five different women.

In April 2025, Musk claimed that he gave Ashley about $500, 000 yearly. She accused him of seeing the child three times. At the time, the X CEO claimed that he was giving her money despite not knowing whether the baby was his. Ashley said that she had asked him to get a paternity test before the baby was born, but he refused to do so.

She also hit back at the billionaire, stating that the money he was giving her was for her son's right. Ashley also alleged that Musk had withdrawn financial support to punish her.

In a new report by TMZ, Musk said he would file for full custody after his baby mama's post. The businessman was responding to an X user when he made his moves known. He wrote:

"I will be filing for full custody today, given her statements implying she might transition a one-year-old boy."

Ashley's post was about transgender individuals, and she had apologised for the immense guilt she felt about the hurt she caused the community. She has been openly transphobic in the past, but she has noted that she was trying to unlearn and advocate for those within the community.

According to TMZ, the X CEO had offered Ashley money to keep silent about the paternity.
