Colin Egglesfield is recovering. After revealing that he had been diagnosed with a third cancer last January, the Something Borrowed star shared a new health update, revealing that he is now "cancer-free" and "feeling great."

Colin, who was diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2024 and had a prostatectomy shortly thereafter, has been disease-free for nearly a year.

"It'll be a year in February," Colin told E! News correspondent Will Marfuggi in an exclusive interview. "Fortunately, they caught it early enough that I didn't have to do any radiation or chemotherapy or anything, and that's one of the things that I just wanted to avoid."

That wasn't always the case for the All My Children alum, who described a different experience when he was first diagnosed with testicular cancer in 2006 and again the following year.

"I waited almost until it was too late and it had started to spread," says Colin. "So when they performed the surgery and tested the lymph nodes, they discovered that it had spread. So I had to have radiation treatment, and I didn't want to go through it anymore."

And, while the 52-year-old admits that his treatment has been difficult, he remains optimistic that there will be a happy ending.

"It has not been an easy recovery, because there's learning how to go to the bathroom again and erectile stuff," Colin shared, "but knowing that I don't have to deal with this in the future and that I can potentially move on is something that I'm super grateful for."

Colin, previously known for his role in The Client List, is shifting his focus towards projects that ignite his passion, particularly in motivational speaking. He emphasizes the importance of living urgently in the moment, asserting that fulfillment is often found internally rather than externally. His philosophy encourages individuals to slow down, practice gratitude, and confront their challenges instead of avoiding them. Through his

four-day Inspire Rejuvenation Retreat, Colin provides a space for participants to disconnect from external distractions and reconnect with themselves. He aids them in reassessing their situations and encourages them to adopt a 'screenwriter' mindset to rewrite their life stories, positioning themselves as heroes who can achieve the legacies they desire.
