Taylor Swift is set to make a highly anticipated appearance at the 2026 iHeartRadio Music Awards, adding even more excitement to an already star-packed event.

The announcement was made by iHeartMedia on March 19, confirming that Swift will attend the ceremony in person after leading this year's nominations. The singer has earned nine nominations, making her the most-nominated artist heading into the awards night.

Although she will not be performing, her presence alone is expected to be a major highlight, especially as she has kept a relatively low public profile in recent months. The awards show, which celebrates the most-played songs and artists across iHeartRadio stations and its app, will take place at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles and air live on FOX on March 26.

Joining Swift at the event will be a lineup of performers and special guests from across the music and entertainment industry. John Mellencamp is set to receive the 2026 iHeartRadio Icon Award and will also take the stage to perform. Meanwhile, Kehlani has been added to the list of performers, alongside Ludacris, Lainey Wilson, RAYE and Alex Warren.

The show will also feature a special collaborative performance from TLC, Salt-N-Pepa and En Vogue, marking the first time the three groups perform together.

In addition to hosting duties, Ludacris will also be honored with the 2026 iHeartRadio Landmark Award. Other special recognitions include Miley Cyrus receiving the Innovator Award, while Alex Warren is set to be named Breakthrough Artist of the Year.

The event will also include appearances from a range of personalities, including Alysa Liu, Ne-Yo, Nicole Scherzinger, Nikki Glaser, Sombr and Weezer.

Swift's connection to the iHeartRadio Music Awards runs deep, as she remains the most-awarded artist in the show's history. Over the years, she has collected dozens of trophies and major honors, including previous wins for Song of the Year and special recognition for her work and tours.
