According to statements from the Bay County Sheriff's Office, a teenage girl recently disclosed claims that Joseph engaged in inappropriate behavior with her when she was nine years old. Investigators say the allegations surfaced during a forensic interview, prompting further action by law enforcement.
Officials allege that Joseph admitted to certain actions after being confronted by the girl's father. He is expected to be extradited to Florida, where the case will proceed.
