Jessie J is recovering after a scary moment during her tour in China that left her briefly hospitalized. The 37-year-old singer revealed she hit her head while getting into a car, sparking fears that she had seriously injured her neck.

The incident happened while she was traveling during her No Secrets Tour. In a video shared online, Jessie is seen approaching a van and telling her team, "I don't mind squashing in the back," just moments before hitting her head on the roof of the vehicle.

Following the impact, she was taken to the hospital for further checks, including an MRI scan. At the time, she feared the injury might be more serious. "I thought I broke my neck, but I haven't," she said.

Although she avoided a fracture, Jessie confirmed she did sustain injuries. "I have really hurt my neck and my back," she added, later explaining during rehearsals that movement had become difficult. "Yeah, I just can't move my head."

Despite the setback, the singer pushed through and continued preparing for her performance. She noted that she would rely on painkillers and carry on with rehearsals, determined not to let the incident derail her tour.

Jessie shared clips from the experience, including footage from the hospital and moments backstage, giving fans a glimpse into how she handled the situation. She even joked about the incident in her caption, admitting she should have thought twice before squeezing into the back seat.

The singer, who shares a young son with her partner Chanan Colman, has been open about facing health challenges in recent years. She previously spoke about a difficult period marked by personal and medical struggles, describing it as both one of the hardest and most transformative times in her life.

Her fans quickly flooded social media with messages of support, wishing her a speedy recovery after the incident.
