According to a recent report, Leonid Radvinsky, the owner of OnlyFans, lived a solitary life at one of Miami's most prestigious residences in the final days before his passing.
The 43-year-old billionaire lived in a $19 million, 6,000-square-foot beachside condo at the coveted Turnberry Ocean Club during his last months.
The tower, which resembles a compound, has features like private elevators, round-the-clock security, and easy parking access to deter onlookers.
According to Los Angeles-based talent agent Andy Bachman, Radvinsky's living situation was so reclusive that he was truly dead for "a few days before" the news was made public on Monday, as reported by The New York Post.
Insiders were aware that Radvinsky had been facing health issues for some time, and his passing, while tragic, was expected, allowing for adequate preparation within the company. Bachman, a close friend and founder of Creators Inc, described Radvinsky as someone who built a prominent platform while maintaining a quiet, disciplined life grounded in faith and family, avoiding the spotlight. The Ukraine-born businessman leaves behind a wife and four children.
Leo Radvinsky, known for his philanthropic efforts in cancer research, passed away after a long battle with the disease. His wife, Yekaterina 'Katie' Chudnovsky, noted his contributions on her website. In 2024, Radvinsky and Chudnovsky attended a gala for a gastrointestinal research foundation, where they announced a $23 million grant program for cancer research. Radvinsky's illness and personal life details largely remained private following his acquisition of OnlyFans’ parent company, Fenix International, which transformed the platform into a multi-billion-dollar enterprise.
From 2021 to early 2025, Radvinsky paid himself $1.8 billion in dividends, with a reported net worth of $4.7 billion at his death. He moved from a mansion in Boca Raton to a nine-bedroom condo at Turnberry, purchased with Chudnovsky for nearly $4 million in 2020 and acquired in 2022. Chudnovsky, who shared little about their private life, confirmed in a 2021 interview that she is the mother of four of Radvinsky's children.
The couple married in 2008 and sold their Boca Raton home for $5.8 million in 2023. Radvinsky, described as the enigmatic figure behind the OnlyFans empire, has few publicly available photos. His shares in Fenix International are allegedly held in a trust. Under his ownership, the site expanded from 350,000 creators in 2019 to 4.6 million in 2024. Although he attempted to sell his majority stake for $8 billion, he struggled to find a suitable bank for the transaction. Radvinsky, originally from outside Chicago, founded MyFreeCams in 2004, which preceded OnlyFans.
