Kylie Kelce is opening up about life after childbirth, sharing a candid look at her experiences with postpartum sex after welcoming four children with her husband, Jason Kelce.

Speaking on the March 26 episode of her Not Gonna Lie podcast, Kylie didn't hold back as she addressed a topic she says isn't talked about enough. "I'm gonna tell you right now, for anyone who has experienced sex postpartum... are we doing this? We're doing this. I'm talking about it," she said.

The 34-year-old explained that her experiences have not been the same each time, noting that recovery and intimacy can vary after every birth. "I've had varying experiences. Different for every kid," she shared. "It's not all fun and games, guys. It's not all fun and games the first couple of times you catch my drift."

She added that expectations don't always match reality in those early stages. "We can't be out here like, 'That was great!' What? A human just exited that door," she said, highlighting the physical toll of childbirth.

Kylie, who shares daughters Wyatt, Ellie, Bennett and Finn with Jason, also pointed out that healing takes time, noting that women are typically advised to wait several weeks before resuming sexual activity after giving birth.

Beyond her postpartum experiences, Kylie also addressed past criticism over comments she made about parenting and hiring help at home. She said her remarks were misunderstood and taken out of context, particularly suggestions that she didn't trust her husband to look after their children.

"It got so taken out of context because people were like, 'You won't let Jason watch your kids,'" she said. "What do you mean, let him watch the kids? They're his kids."
She explained that at the time, Jason's schedule was unpredictable due to his work commitments, which made additional support necessary.

Kylie added that her original comments were meant to be sarcastic, but acknowledged how easily things can be misinterpreted online.
