The Survivor contestant, who played in the show's all-star 50th season this year, stated that his wife Maggie Fraser gave birth on April 27, delivering their baby girl Wyatt.
"She decided to surprise us one month early, and we couldn't be happier," Kyle said in a May 12 announcement, which included a cute snapshot of the couple's newborn. "She is named after one of our favorite people, her Uncle Wyatt. Being her parents for the past two weeks has already brought me enormous delight."
In a belated Mother's Day post the next day, Kyle commended his wife, whom he married in September 2024, for her strength.
"You navigated a difficult pregnancy, crazy labor and c-section, and everything else with absolute grace, and I'm forever in awe of you," Kyle wrote in a May 13 post, alongside a photo of Maggie cradling their daughter. “Watching you be a mom to Wyatt has been my favorite chapter yet.”
The Survivor star, who won season 48 of the competition series last May, revealed in January that his wife, Maggie Fraser, was expecting their first child.
Kyle, 32, shared a nice snapshot of himself and Maggie clutching their baby's ultrasound on Instagram on January 6. He appropriately labeled the milestone, "Baby Fraser coming to you in May 2026."
However, the couple weren't the only ones counting down the days until their baby's arrival; their Survivor family also expressed their joy in the comments. Dee Valladares commented, "AMAZING!!!!! ""Congratulations to you both," Cirie Fields said, adding that she's "so happy" for them.
Meanwhile, Kyle's season 48 castmate Kamilla Karthigesu (31) teased Kyle and Maggie are “prepping for Blood vs Water 3,” a nod to the franchise’s series that sees loved ones competing against each other.
Shortly after the announcement, Kyle explained how they learned about the great news.
"We were spending our one-year wedding anniversary at a cabin in Kingston, New York, with our two dogs," he told People. "Maggie felt uncomfortable but said nothing at the time. Maggie took a pregnancy test shortly after we returned home from our trip and surprised me with the findings.
He went on to remark, "Sharing the pregnancy has undoubtedly caused people to lose their minds in a fantastic way, with the best reactions all around. "Our family and friends have been extremely supportive."
Kyle reportedly stated that he and Maggie already knew the gender of their kid and were preparing to "spread the news."
How did they decide on a name for their child?
"We were having a lot of fun bouncing ideas off each other for a while, especially after we found out the sex, but we think we have the winner locked down," he said. "Our plan is to keep it to ourselves until the baby is born and then make sure the name fits when we meet them."
