Mandy Moore is becoming authentic. In fact, less than a month after announcing her pregnancy with husband Taylor Goldsmith, the This Is Us star just gave a revealing update on her pregnancy.

"Pregnancy melasma is the worst," she posted on Instagram on June 30. "It's said @lymalife can assist."

In the photo, Mandy is seen rubbing her temple with cosmetic treatment equipment called the Lyma Laser while lying down with her eyes closed. The 40-year-old, who also has two kids with Taylor, Gus, 3, and Ozzie, 19 months, wore a striped tank top and terry cloth headband as part of her self-care ensemble.

Melasma, also referred to as the "mask of pregnancy," is a skin disorder characterized by freckle-like, light brown, or occasionally blue-gray spots on the skin. Unfortunately for Mandy's pregnancy schedule, the Cleveland Clinic states that it can get worse in the summer.

Mandy is thrilled to announce the arrival of her fourth child to her followers with a cute snapshot of her sons, even including a shoutout to her fictitious This Is Us family. However, she did share with her fans some of the irritating aspects of her summer pregnancy.

In an Instagram post from May 31, she stated, "Sometimes life imitates art." "We're about to release the third of our Big Three. I can't wait for these boys' little sister to arrive.

Mandy has also been candid about her desire for a daughter, even though she has acknowledged that being a parent is difficult. She even expressed her desire to increase her already growing family as recently as last year.

She acknowledged to E! News in 2023 that "I haven't shut the door on a larger family," in all honesty. "Gosh damn it, I really want a girl," the speaker said.

Read on to see how Mandy has changed over the years as she gets ready to become a mother of three.
