Post Malone is making big moves in Music City. On Tuesday, June 3, TC Restaurant Group revealed that they're teaming up with the chart-topping artist, whose real name is Austin Post, to open a major new entertainment venue in Nashville's iconic Lower Broadway district.

"We've built a space where people can gather and have an incredible time," said Malone, 29, in a press release. "Nashville's really become a second home to me, and I can't wait to welcome everyone to my spot."

The upcoming venue, located at 305 Broadway, will span 26,000 square feet and feature six bars, three live music stages, a full-service restaurant, and a rooftop hangout. While the building is currently undergoing renovations, developers aim to maintain its historical charm while modernizing the interior. Once complete, it will boast the largest floor space on Broadway.

Adam Hesler, President and CEO of TC Restaurant Group, praised Malone's creativity and widespread appeal. "Post Malone is one of the most magnetic and influential artists of our era, and we're beyond excited to bring this concept to life with him," he shared. "We only consider expanding our artist partnerships when someone truly stands out — and Post does. His versatility and authenticity are unmatched, and this venue will reflect that."

The announcement comes as Malone continues his Big Ass Stadium Tour with fellow artist Jelly Roll. On May 24, he surprised fans in Philadelphia by bringing basketball legend Allen Iverson onstage during a performance of his breakout hit "White Iverson," which was inspired by Iverson himself.

Malone's tour supports his latest album, F-1 Trillion, released last August. The record features the chart-topping single "I Had Some Help" with Morgan Wallen, along with other standout tracks like "Pour Me a Drink" (with Blake Shelton), "Guy for That" (with Luke Combs), and "What Don't Belong to Me."

In an August appearance on Apple Music's Today's Country Radio with Kelleigh Bannen, Malone spoke about the warm welcome he received from Nashville's music community. "Meeting people here who've embraced me has been amazing," he said. "I've made new friends, found new inspiration — and honestly, I'm not sad anymore. I'm really happy."
