Ariana Grande says her upcoming "Eternal Sunshine" tour will be her "one last hurrah," marking what could be her final run as a full-time pop act as she pivots more seriously into film and television.

Grande, 32, made the reveal during a conversation with Amy Poehler on the "Good Hang" podcast, where she reflected on how different the next decade of her life will look compared to the last. "I'm very excited to do this small tour," she said. "But I think it might not happen again for a long, long, long, long time. One last hurrah, for now."

The tour, launching in 2026, will be her first in seven years following 2019's "Sweetener" world tour. She didn't offer further specifics about cities or dates but made it clear that the run is more about closure than another climb up the charts.

Grande said her pop career "took over" her life for more than a decade, leaving little room for other creative paths. She explained that acting, something she loved before global stardom, now feels more aligned with her growth. "I feel a lot more connected to myself and my art since I started doing different things," she said. "I grew up loving musical theatre and comedy. Chasing what feels right in the moment is what's best for my soul and my art."

That shift is already underway. Grande stars as Glinda in the upcoming "Wicked: For Good" sequel premiering November 21 and is filming Ben Stiller's next comedy, "Focker-In-Law." She will also appear in "American Horror Story" Season 13, marking her official return to Ryan Murphy's universe.

Despite the heavy film slate, Grande insisted the tour isn't a farewell, just a pause. "Even if it's mundane, it needs to be something different," she said, adding that her choices are guided by instinct rather than pressure.

Grande acknowledged that fans may need to adjust their expectations for what her career looks like going forward. "The last 10 or 15 years will look very different to the ones that are coming up," she said, a hint that music, at least for now, won't be the center of her universe.
