O Yeong-Su, the acclaimed star of "Squid Game," has been acquitted of sexual misconduct charges by a court in South Korea. The 81-year-old actor had been charged in 2022 with sexually assaulting a woman twice, including allegations that he hugged and kissed her on the cheek against her will. While initially found guilty in 2024 and given an eight-month suspended prison sentence, Mr. O had immediately announced his intention to appeal, and that appeal has now resulted in his acquittal.

Sydney Sweeney has responded to criticism after her new biopic Christy suffered a dismal opening weekend at the box office.
The Euphoria star, 28, took to Instagram on Monday to share an impassioned message following the film's poor performance. The sports drama, which sees Sweeney portray boxing legend Christy Martin, grossed just $1.3 million across 2,011 theaters, averaging only $649 per venue, ranking among the lowest wide releases in recent years, according to The Wrap.

Golden Globe-winning actress Sally Kirkland has died at the age of 84, days after entering hospice care in Palm Springs, California. Her representative, Michael Greene, confirmed to TMZ that the actress passed away peacefully at 1:50 a.m. PST and said she "will be deeply missed."

YouTube sensation MrBeast, whose real name is Jimmy Donaldson, is launching his first-ever theme park, Beast Land, on November 13 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The 27-year-old creator, known for his large-scale stunts and viral challenges, announced the project on X, writing, "Next week Beast Land, our brand new theme park opens.
