Blake Lively is sharing the highlights of her Italian travels. On Sunday, June 30, the 36-year-old actress shared her love for making friends during vacations by posting photos of the new people she met in Capri.
In her first Instagram Stories snap, Lively posed with jeweler Carlo Eleuteri from the vintage jewelry boutique, Eleuteri. "When I travel, I make friends," she wrote, flashing a beaming smile. "Italy was no exception. Here are some of my favorites, starting with Carlo of the iconic @eleuteri." She added, "Anyone who knows me knows I'm a truffle pig for vintage treasures and delicious food. While I didn't nibble anyone at @eleuteri, I can confirm they deliver on vintage treasures."
Next, Lively shared a photo of herself in an ice cream parlor with a new friend. "Frabizo and family! We literally treated this gelateria as our nightclub," she captioned, playing the Bee Gees' "Stayin' Alive" over the top of the photo. "Dancing and scooping daily," she added, holding up a scoop and a cone filled with ice cream. "Getting crazy on pistachio and salted caramel. As you do." She tagged the ice cream shop, Bar Grotta Azzurra Anacapri 1970, "@bargrottazzurra."
Continuing her travel highlights, Lively posted a photo with friends at the restaurant Aurora. "The wonderful Mia and her stunning daughter," she wrote, thanking film director Paul Feig for introducing her to her "new favorite place, Capri, and the most delicious and spectacular time at @auroracapri."
Lively also shared a solo shot of herself posing by a gate outdoors. With one hand in her pocket, she gushed about having a "fab meal" at Villa Margherita Capri. "My Capri fashion got real specific and fab," she wrote alongside a laughing face emoji. "Get after those patterns, girl," she added, sharing another picture of her outfit and tagging Chanel, Christian Louboutin, Magnolia Pearl Clothing, and Gucci.
Lively further praised Farella Capri for making "the most spectacular handmade sweaters" and a patterned bag from Fiore, which she described as giving her "major moody face." "Insanely beautiful patterns and colors that mix and match so beautifully. It's like joy, in thread form," she added, tagging @farellacapriofficial.
Lively's Italian adventure follows her trip to Madrid, Spain, where she and her husband Ryan Reynolds attended their close friend Taylor Swift's Eras Tour show at the end of May. The couple was filmed sharing a kiss as Swift performed her track "Lover."
