Christina Hall is heading into her third divorce. Because the Flip or Flop alum and her husband, Josh Hall, are getting divorced after less than three years of marriage.

However, Christina—who shares son Hudson, 4, with her second spouse Ant Anstead, and daughters Taylor, 13, and Brayden, 8, with her first husband Tarek El Moussa—spoke about what makes her relationship work with Josh only days before they split up.

In the end, the Christina on the Coast anchor stressed communication even though she claimed she didn't "know if there's a secret" to their romance.

In an interview with E! News on July 2, she said, "Just trying to keep communication open" and, when possible, "just having the alone time—whether it's date night, going on little trips, just things like that."

Christina also mentioned that she had a good year.

"It's been fantastic," the HGTV personality said. "I simply adore my family, my home, and these shows that I put on. That's why I think everything is going great.

Concerning the goals she expressed for the upcoming year, what are they?

The 41-year-old, who turned 9 on July 9, stated, "I just want peace." "I just want to be more present and peaceful. I need there to be less chaos and more calmness in the world."”

It goes without saying that the year hasn't started off in the most peaceful manner. Josh and Christina announced their separation on July 15th, citing "irreconcilable differences" as the cause of their breakup. The Christina in the Country star supplied a different date of July 7 in her own application, despite the real estate agent listing their split as July 8.

In his paperwork, Josh requests that the court stop Christina from receiving assistance and instead provide him with spousal support. In the meantime, according to her documentation, she is asking the court to stop granting either of them support and is not looking for spousal support. Christina also mentioned that she wanted to revert back to her original last name, Haack.
