On Sunday, August 11, Jennifer Lopez was seen at Ben Affleck's rented house in the Brentwood region of Los Angeles, over two months after their previous joint photo.
Lopez, 55, showed up at Affleck's house at approximately five o'clock in the evening and left shortly before ten.
The singer of "On the Floor" was earlier in the day pictured at the residence of Affleck's former spouse, Jennifer Garner, with whom he has three children: Violet, 18, Seraphina, 15, and Samuel, 12.
After dropping off Emme, one of Lopez's children, she took Samuel shopping at Neiman Marcus and then to the mall in Century City. Affleck was buying for someone, though it's unclear who. He turns fifteen on August 15.
It's generally accepted that Lopez and Affleck will soon file for divorce. When they attended Violet's high school graduation on May 30, it was the last time they were spotted together. They had attended an unrelated school function in Santa Monica a few days prior on May 19. After 47 days, there had been no sightings of them together until that incident.
Lopez and Affleck have apparently not been in communication recently, with sources saying their business managers have been finalizing the terms of their putative divorce. This makes the news of Lopez's visitation all the more remarkable.
During the summer, the two were apart, with Lopez traveling to Europe and the Hamptons and Affleck allegedly working.
In July, they were apart for either Lopez's 55th birthday or their second wedding anniversary.
In 2023, Affleck and Lopez bought a $60.8 million house in Beverly Hills. They fueled the separation rumors by listing the mansion for $68 million in July. Affleck apparently hasn't moved into his $20.5 million bachelor apartment in Los Angeles, which he bought in the same month.
It is said that Lopez is searching for a home of her own. According to a source who spoke to People, the "Jenny from the Block" singer wants to "start fresh" as she and Affleck proceed to "move on separately."
An insider stated that while Affleck "is doing well," "it hasn't been the easiest summer for him either." He is merely attempting to maintain his concentration and live each day to the fullest.
With 16-year-old Emme, Lopez was spotted having lunch in Beverly Hills on Friday.
In 2002, Lopez and Affleck began dating, and soon after, they became engaged. After their 2004 breakup, they eventually got back together in 2021 and were married in 2022.
The fact that Lopez starred in a film that Affleck produced could make things even more unpleasant for the pair.
The 2011 NCAA individual national champion wrestler Anthony Robles, who was born without a second leg, is the subject of the biographical movie "Unstoppable." The planned date is September. premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival.
