As the summer sun set over the picturesque town of Portofino, Italy, pop icon Madonna gathered her loved ones for a lavish birthday celebration befitting the "Queen of Pop." The Material Girl singer rang in her 66th year surrounded by her six children - Lourdes "Lola" Leon, 27, Rocco Ritchie, 24, David Banda, 18, Mercy James, 18, and twins Stella and Estere, 11.

Madonna shared a rare glimpse into the festivities on her Instagram, posting a carousel of photos that captured the family's special moments. In one striking image, the seven-time Grammy winner posed with all of her children, a sight that is seldom seen as the fiercely private star tends to keep her family life out of the spotlight.

"La Dolce Vita.................," Madonna captioned the post, a nod to the iconic Italian film that embodied the glamour and indulgence of 1960s Rome - a fitting descriptor for the lavish event.

The guest list for the birthday bash read like a who's who of Madonna's inner circle, with close friends such as fashion photographers Iango Henzi and Luigi Murenu, as well as the singer's rumored boyfriend, Akeem Morris, in attendance. The group dined al fresco at the historic Teatro Grande amphitheater, indulging in the finest Italian cuisine and sipping on celebratory libations.

But the festivities weren't limited to just Madonna's big day. The post also featured birthday celebrations for her son Rocco, who turned 24 on August 11th, just five days before his mother. The proud mama shared a sweet snap of Rocco blowing out the candles on a massive tiramisu cake, surrounded by his doting sisters.

In a separate post, Madonna collaborated with the legendary Italian fashion house Dolce & Gabbana for a sultry boudoir-style photoshoot, showcasing her timeless glamour in the brand's designs. The singer's twins were also featured, sporting coordinating D&G looks as they joined in on the family fun.

Madonna's rare family photos with all six of her children have captivated fans, with many describing the images as "magical" and "beautiful." It's a testament to the pop star's commitment to cherishing her loved ones, even as she continues to dominate the music industry and cement her legacy as one of the most influential artists of all time.
