Prior to the birth of their first child, the Pretty Little Liars alum married director Jared LaPine, as they announced on social media on September 15.
Torrey, 40, smiled in an Instagram Story that the groom shared, staring at her new husband as guests applauded in the background. Jared also revealed a monochrome image of the bride wearing her floor-length wedding gown with her baby bump prominently displayed. On the same day, a picture of the newlyweds grinning and holding hands was included in a photo carousel posted by the couple's friend Brittany Mychael.
The couple, who first revealed their romance in June 2023, announced their engagement, and the actress revealed specifics of the proposal in September of last year. The couple's wedding took place approximately a year later.
Torrey, who was previously married to The Vampire Diaries star Paul Wesley from 2011 to 2013, gushed on social media, "Earlier this month at 5 pm on a weekday while walking the back trails at the farm, still in my pajamas and goat boots, he got down on one knee, in what I hoped wasn't poison ivy, and asked for forever." "My answer was obvious."
Jared also seemed quite excited. He announced on Instagram, "I got engaged to my best friend on September 1st." I now get to live every day of my life as the world's luckiest man. I cherish you beyond all things and everything."
Torrey had even more reason to rejoice in May when she revealed her pregnancy and posted a picture of herself holding her developing baby bump with her then-fiance. The Chicago Med star wrote, "Baby girl arriving this November," alongside the adorable photo.
