Justin Bieber's latest public appearance has done little to ease concerns about his health. The 30-year-old singer was spotted with his wife, Hailey, at church on Wednesday, looking thin and holding a "papa bear" mug. This sighting follows recent unease over resurfaced videos of Justin and P. Diddy, after the music mogul was indicted on sex trafficking charges last week.

Justin's past connection with Diddy, including footage of him at age 15 partying and spending 48 hours with the mogul, has come under scrutiny. The singer has not commented on the controversy, but his appearance has fans worried.

For the church outing, Justin wore an unzipped red hoodie, tracksuit bottoms, and fluffy Louis Vuitton slippers. He sipped from a mug featuring a bear and the phrase "papa bear," a reference to his recent experience as a first-time father. Justin and Hailey welcomed their son, Jack Blues, a month ago.

Hailey, 27, accompanied him in a cheetah-print coat with a matching bag and red sneakers. She also wore a black shirt and dark blue jeans for their first public appearance together since becoming parents. Pastor Carl Lentz walked alongside them, with Hailey leading the way.

Earlier in the week, Justin sparked additional concern for his health after being seen out for the first time since Diddy's charges became public. Videos of Bieber and Diddy partying together while Justin was underage went viral, fueling speculation.

Although Bieber has not addressed the issue, fans were alarmed by his appearance when he stepped out for dinner at Nobu Malibu with Hailey. Dressed in a grey hoodie, baggy jeans, and a fedora, his slim frame raised concern on social media. Hailey wore a leather coat and black trousers during the outing.

Diddy, charged with sex trafficking and related crimes dating back to 2008, has pleaded not guilty and remains in custody after being denied bail.
