Kansas City Chiefs tight end, Travis Kelce, expressed his disappointment over missing Taylor Swift's recent concerts in Miami during the latest episode of the "New Heights" podcast, released Wednesday, Oct. 23. His brother Jason Kelce and their mother, Donna Kelce, had the opportunity to attend Swift's show on Oct. 18, along with Jason's wife Kylie and their daughters, Wyatt, 5, and Elliotte, 3. The couple also share another daughter, Bennett, born in February 2023.
Travis, 35, admitted to feeling a lot of "FOMO" (fear of missing out) while his family and friends were able to enjoy the concert. "I had all the FOMO in the world with the entire family and a lot of our friends being there," he said, adding that many of his friends who attended had previously been to some of Swift's international shows. They told him that the atmosphere in Miami was on another level.
Jason, 36, enthusiastically agreed, calling the show "incredible." Travis echoed these sentiments, wishing he could have been there. "Man, I wish I was there," he said, reflecting on how much fun everyone had at the event.
Jason shared that the family had an amazing time at the concert, and that over the last few days, friends and family members have been texting him about how incredible the performance was. "Everyone's been saying the same thing – 'Dude, she's just incredible,'" Jason added. He was particularly impressed by the energy in Miami, noting that Swift's show took the performance to another level. "I'm excited for her to be back on tour for this final leg of the Eras run. It's pretty awesome," Jason said, praising Swift for her talent and energy.
Travis joined in, agreeing with his brother and giving Swift a shoutout. "Keep killing it, Tay," he said.
Jason also highlighted that the Miami concert was a special milestone for his family. It marked the first Eras Tour experience for their mother Donna and his daughters, Wyatt and Elliotte. Jason recalled how the atmosphere at the concert was "insane" and described the moment when the crowd erupted as Swift took the stage in the rain.
Swift wrapped up her three-night Miami run on Oct. 20, thanking fans for their enthusiasm. "The 3 Miami crowds were on a new level," Swift wrote, savoring the moments of her nearly complete Eras Tour.
